Mesquite Elementary is Crane Schools’ tenth and newest elementary school and home of the Stingers. As we open our new school, it is my goal that in the coming year, that the Mesquite community of students will embody what the Mesquite tree is known for – individuality, adaptability and toughness.

Mesquites are respectable trees that prosper in a variety of habitats, can withstand even the harshest of temperatures and are deeply rooted in any soil they inhabit. We, as Mesquite Stingers, will do the same!

Our school will provide opportunities for all to have an identity, feel deeply rooted in our community, build character and possess the mental toughness required to be academically strong. I encourage you to become part of our community and help each of our students branch to the future.
