Dear Parents and Friends,

Salida del Sol is a school for over 650 happy, eager and energetic pre-kindergarten through third grade students. We have a wonderful staff that works hard with our students and is committed to providing each student with high quality instruction to help ensure that each child achieves the Arizona Standards. We are sensitive to the needs of all of our students and dedicated to giving them our best effort.

This year will be our third year for an all-day kindergarten on our campus. We were very excited about the academic impact that it had on our students last year and look forward to the improvements that it will allow for our kindergarten students again this year.

We have an active PTO and believe that parent involvement is essential to a child’s educational success. We encourage all our families to participant in our monthly activities and welcome parent volunteers in our classrooms and on our campus.
